Have You Tried Green Coffee Yet?

If you love your morning cup of coffee for all the good reasons that we drink it for, you may not be all that interested in green coffee. But if you're trying to lose weight, this little known product suddenly takes on a life of its very own!

You see, I heard about it a while ago but didn't pay it much heed because it's not something you drink as a beverage like its roasted bean based cousin. It's actually made from the unroasted beans that are ground down and added to supplement pills or extracts that are supposed to help you lose weight!

Supplements of Green Coffee Bean Extract for Weight Loss?

So if you can't drink the stuff (at least I assume that's the case), what am I writing about it for in here? Good question I asked myself!

I just thought I'd bring up the difference between the green and black varieties just in case I start getting a run of questions asking me where I can buy this green bean beverage from when it doesn't exist! OK, so now we have that out of the way, I guess I'm going to need to explain about the green stuff or you'll go away scratching your heads none the wiser!

Yes, apparently this stuff helps overweight folks shed some of their fat store or helps prevent so much more fat being stored in the first place. Double whammy, you might say! So how does it work?

Well, I'm no doctor or medical guy, so the finer points of how it affects the body's metabolism are lost on me. All I know is that when you take it, your metabolism speeds up some making your body burn more sugar or glucose and because its not being replaced as fast, the shortfall has to come from the fat store.

Pretty nest really. That's if you believe it really works like that. I guess it does since it was featured on the Dr Oz show back in 2012 and no one has come out since to say it's a scam.

I have to admit, that yesterday I read about green coffee bean extract here: http://acoffeebean.com and it intrigued me enough to want to write up a post about it here. Not many things do that these days, so I guess you can call yourself lucky you caught me writing something for a change!

OK, time to get back to doing what I like best, which is drinking great coffee and doing as little else as possible! Bye for now to all one or two of you guys!

Loving the Smell and Taste of Fresh Coffee

There is really nothing quite like it. The smell and taste that comes only from that authentic pot of coffee that can only be made with freshly ground roasted coffee beans. Most of the time, if you waned to get that special aroma and taste, you had to go to a specialist coffee shop and have it made for you.

That might be fine and dandy if you have the time and the money, because those places are not cheap! But now you can get that same great taste and magical aroma in your own home. You just have to find a great coffee grinder that can do the hard work for you, such as grinding up those fresh coffee beans and have a good coffee maker to brew the perfectly ground coffee grinds. Easy, you may say.

The only problem is that if you do the grinding by hand, it can take a while and be messy. That's why there are electric grinders to do it for you and make it easy!

You know that when you are walking along the street and you pass a coffee shop, there is an amazing aroma of freshly ground coffee in the air. It can be so attractive you simply cannot resist and you just have to go into the store and buy a cup of that great smelling coffee.

You just know that it is going to taste as good as it smells too! Well, if you love that great taste and aroma but want to have it at home, you can! I just read a great coffee grinder review (http://bakeradio.com/kitchen-store/bodum-bistro-electric-burr-coffee-grinder/) and it seems this is the make and model to go with to get perfect ground coffee from fresh beans. It has a lot of great things going for it. But you know the best part is that it makes perfect coffee at home and it doesn't even cost very much to buy.

Now that's my kind of coffee grinder!

Iced Java

Hey, what is Iced Java all about?

Well, there's always the coffee version of Java, or maybe there's the exotic Indonesian island of Java. Or of course there's the world famous computer programing language of Java. So which is it to be?

Well, how about something of all three?

Mmmm, ok maybe that won't make for a very topic targeted blog. How about I focus on the programing language while I drink Java to help keep me awake and focused and also able to write some pretty cool stuff?

Great, then that's what it'll be!
